    Here's One that You Might look Into

    Yes, here's a business that could go very well in areas where there are LOTS of foreclosures. For instance, in Roswell/Alpharetta, Ga there are close to 1000 foreclosures of homes over $400,000!

    Letting houses of these values sit idle will lead to major problems when the market returns. So you go to the local bank that holds some of these homes and offer to make sure the lawns are maintained, fix broken windows and other minor repairs, check inside to make it has not been vandalized, if you can make repairs inside, clean the house from top to bottom, etc.

    I think the banks that are holding these houses will be thrilled to have you do this for them. You might even work a deal to get one for taking care of the others they have.

    Banks are not in the business of maintaining homes or managing real estate portfolios, but good luck anyway.
