I would pursue it myself but I'm too busy launching my Web 2 Marketing company, dome kit business and now FREE FOREVER barter network.

Here is the idea.

There are numerous homes foreclosed on that are valued at $400,000 upwards. There is one upscale community in Atlanta that has over 1000 foreclosures! Work only with the upscaled ones!

These foreclosed homes are going to be a nightmare to restore if there is no maintenance performed on them ASAP especially with the winter coming! There will be mold from busted pipes, broken windows, ripped out copper, etc.

So you get bonded and then go to your local banker and tell him that you will maintain the homes they have under foreclosure for X amount of money per month. You need to check on your going rate and go a little bit lower!

He or she would be crazy not to let you do it! They have a a heck of a lot more value in those homes especially in upper class communities.
