Help with travel business..

Hi everyone, I'm from Argentina but I live here in the States and I'm a senior in college. I'm trying to start a "travel industry related" business... tourism in argentina is growing a considerably amount every year, people from all over the world come every winter and summer.. However, there are not good offers out there, or many specific programs/deals to attract more people.. i think there is a big opportunity to make some money there..
the problem is that i'm not sure where to start.. i have a domain already, i can make the website pretty fast and start offering all the different alternatives (skiing, beaches, golf, hunting, etc).. but not really sure what to do next.. of course i dont have a travel agency.. any thoughts???? help??? ideas???? thanks a lot..

well.. not only that, i wanna be the one who offers those deals and make a profit out of it.. i guess the easiest thing would be to sell packages and make some money on every sale.. idk im a little confused but i know it has potential..

what do you mean by package? travel package? work w/me here amigo.

yeah travel packages.. like, 2 weeks playing in the bests golf courses of the country. Or 2 weeks starting from the south (famous glaciers, whales, etc).. some skiing, to learn about wine, polo.. then up to buenos aires, then the waterfalls.. etc.. do u know what i mean? Argentina is not a typical place for people to go.. but im sure that with good advertisements and deals it could work. what do you think?

yeah i like the idea. I think it could work if your work at it and the country has alot to offer. You would need some connections or would have to contact these places and work out some kind of deal with them.
