probably the easiest way for you to do something like that, would be to create a website which has the capability of having a "form" on in like that, so you can request certain information from people.

There are several programs out there that do this. Or what about a myspace group or a yahoo group? anyone use those anymore?

There is programs like Constant Contact that would be able to help you. if you server supports ASP, you can check out these mailing lists scripts. There are also some PHP scripts as well.

Check with your hosting company - some offer a mailing list type as well. And make sure everything you are doing is not against their TOS.

Kura, you need to get an autoresponder like aweber.com and get the autoresponder code and copy it to your website.

You may also need to know a little about html. Here's a great free resource...

I would agree with this....or you could set up a one-page name-squeeze with an autoresponder....
