Hiya all. I have a very big problem. I am trying to contact certain companies via email to propose my my site and service it provides but I always get returned emails saying cant deliver message. I have included some of the messages below. Does anybody know what is wrong because I need to be able to contact clients for my business idea to work.

Here are some of the returned email messages:

(1)Hi. This is the qmail-send program at suteki.pair.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

(2)This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:



It seems like non of my emails are getting through and being read. Does anybody know why. BTW, everything in my site is being runned with CPanel X if that helps

Some companies have blockers in place preventing certain e-mails from coming through. It's a way to prevent spam. If the e-mail address is not recognized in their server it may be kicked back.

The other reason could be that you have an invalid e-mail address.

I know that my email is working fine because I have emailed it and used it so it must be these email blockers. How do you get around these blockers. It seems like every email I send out is being blocked.

I had this same problem contacting a client once and he had to send me an e-mail first to "unlock" the server. There may be some IT guys here that may be able to give you further direction.

Are you using your ISP send mail program to send the mail, or your server?

Your server could be blocked, and on a spam list.

I think its the server mail. I am emailing from the email software provided by CPanel X. Sorry if I can't be more specific. I am new to all of these.
