help. suggestions? minigolf?

Suggestions wanted.
I know I'll need a loan and a business plan.. but before I even go there I need some suggestions/help/etc.

The idea:
Indoor "cosmic" (blacklight-glow in the dark)mini-golf.
I want it to be in a mall storefront or a bldg. close by.
I need ideas for opening using the LOWest budget possible.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Very established market... and I would say can be very profitable if you can make 3 separate courses: 1. for teenagers 2. family 3. parties (like b-day)

...I had this idea forever, and honestly I have never seen anyone go by my route.
