Ok I sell video games on ebay I have sold 20 or so with no problem.
I sold a game to this one guy and he was a complainer from the start after 5 days he alredy was sending me emails saying were is my game bla bla bla .
Now its been a few good weeks and he claims he never got the game and wants a refund what should I do ?

Who was your shipper? Find out the tracking number and see if it was delivered. For future orders, get delivery confirmations or atleast track your shipments.
After you gather info. go from there, otherwise give him a refund and be done with him. You don't want this guy bringing your score (or whatever it's called on ebay) down.

I agree and make you listing nice and informative offer insurace and if they dont want it its on them that way peopledomnt take advantage

Canada post was the shipper, Im going to go by there and see if they can track it ,if not I guess I will just give the refund
