    Help on forming a conglomerate.

Wondering if any of you guys know on how I would approach forming a conglomerate and what forms I would need to file with the United States government.

The way I have it set up is: I have 1 main business (with seller-permit/ fictitious business name registered) and I currently file taxes for it. Now, I am in the process of starting two new businesses, being the owner of all 3, I would now like to have my main business name act as a conglomerate for the other two. My goal is to avoid filing for seller-permit/fictitious license for the two new businesses and file BOE taxes for all 3 with just my 1 main business(conglomerate head).

Does anyone know if this is possible and what step I would need to take to set it up?

I would suggestion you speak to a lawyer about this. Although they will charge for the actual service, it doesn't hurt to get an opinion from them on the topic (which any good lawyer would be happy to provide). Have you also tried website like eHow.com or other How To websites? You might also like to google that. I would highly suggest checking out some of the HOW TO guides available here on YE. See the nav bar above.
