    Help needed from UK-based person

    Hi,

This is going to seem like a strange request, but I need a bit of help.

I need someone based in the UK and with a Nationwide account. I would transfer some money to your account (from my Nationwide account), and then you would send it back to me through PayPal or bank transfer to my HSBC account.

What's in it for you? Well, £20 or so for doing almost nothing.

The total amount I would transfer would be somewhere between £350 and £450.

PM me if you can help - the reason I need someone to do this is because I need the money in my PayPal account but can't link my Nationwide bank account with my PayPal account!

Why don't you transfer the money from your Nationwide acc to your HSBC acc and then transfer it to PayPal????

Because I can't transfer to other banks online with my Nationwide account. It only lets me transfer to other Nationwide accounts. Also, I'm going away for a while so won't be able to go to the bank to do it.

Where abouts are you based, I bank with Nationwide.

But as it stands this sounds very precarious.

I'm based near Exeter, in Devon.
I am still looking for some help if someone can provide, but for a smaller amount of money now.

PS: Sorry for my late reply, I have been away.

I can promise anyone who is able to help this is not at all dodgy. I now need a lower amount transferred though (£200 or so).

Anyway, what could be dodgy about this? Its simple:
    1) I transfer you the money
    2) You send the money to me, either through PayPal, Moneybookers or bank transfer to my HSBC bank.

And you'll earn £20 or so for doing this - easy money!

    Check out a great video at the FakeChecks.org link below, it shows you how to get what you want;

Cool site, but did you post that because you think I'm trying to 'fake out' someone?!! If so, please don't think that. I CAN PROMISE YOU 100% I AM NOT TRYING TO SCAM YOU.

Anyway, how could I? Once the money has been transferred to your account, as long as you send it to me through PayPal (or Moneybookers or bank transfer) again, you will never lose out.

I am simply looking for someone to help me this one time. If it works out fine, maybe I'll need some more help in the future but now this is all I need doing.

Ok, here is an easy solution for you.

Go to your Nationwide Bank, withdraw the money out of your account, then go to your HSBC Bank, deposit the money into your HSBC account.

    That's it.

Otherwise, some people may think that if I agree to help you; then you would ask me for my banking information, then once I give it to you, you may do whatever you want with it, even may be sell it to someone else. I am not saying that this is what you will do, it's just a hypothetical analysis.

Just follow the far above-suggestion and you could solve your own problem without any body's help.

You think I haven't thought of that?! Certain restrictions mean I currently can't do that, and it would be so much easier if I had someone help as I have described.
There is absolutely NO WAY on earth you will get scammed. Unless you've never done business with others before, you will know companies accept bank transfer as a form of payment all the time.
I doubt I will get help from anyone here now but if there is someone there who could help let me know.

Oh and may I add I'm not located in Nigeria or any other countries known for scams, which I hope is a sign I am legit!
