Help me name my magazine?

Starting a mag for East TN. It will have different themes each issue such as Medical Advancement, or Dining, Education and Careers... and so on.

I want to inspire my readers to make the most of each day... that is the whole theme of the company.

It'd be nice if I could think of a name that made people smile when they read it. Something that gets them in the mood to go out and make something of their life.

Some ideas I've had were "Lemonade," "Steps," "Excite," and "Reach." But I don't know... just not what I'm looking for.

Unfortunately, I am drawing a blank and really need some ideas. Any ideas? It's hard to think of one single word that packs an inspirational punch! So if anyone can even post anything that gets me going in the right direction- I'd appreciate anything right about now! Thanks!

Congratulations on taking the first step towards your dream of starting a magazine! I actually just wrote a blog post on naming your business. You can read the post on my blog by following the link at the bottom of this post.

It's hard to find a good name for a magazine, or any product for that matter, that isn't already taken and that you can get the domain name for. I like 'Lemonade' because it reminds me of the quote, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade." This quote could become the backbone of a marketing campaign when you launch the magazine. 'Excite' definitely creates a spark and fits well with your magazine's theme but I think the name is already being used and it would be hard to get a domain name.

I always recommend taking your time thinking of the name. Over the next couple weeks, every time you are watching tv, going through a magazine, browsing the web, etc keep a notebook beside you and write down anything that sparks your interest. I've come up with a couple names this way.
