    Help finding new employee?

I own a website that sells car parts online. Currently I have 3 full time employees and 1 part timer. I do most sales right now but am getting too busy to handle them myself. We are growing and now I am in need of a internet sales rep. Where are some good places to start looking locally? I need someone with good typing skills, that is good over the phone with customers, has a knowledge about parts, familiar with forums, advertising, etc. I have been having trouble finding someone with all the skills I'm looking for. Only having finding people who have some but not the others. Help.

just keep looking, try to branch out more than in just your area, put ads up everywhere, paper, websites, maybe some car forums (a moderator or something from an established site would be good)

Just don't settle for anything less than what your looking for, if you do, you might be disappointed with your choice.

Unfortunately, it is a job that the person would need to be here physically everyday answering phones, placing orders locally(we do have a storefront too), working a lot with me, and much more. I wish I could just think globally but I have to stick to the area at least for this position. I will definitely do what has been suggested. Hopefully I have some luck. The cars we deal with are mostly imports and that makes it harder because most people in the area are in to domestic vehicles and I'm looking more for someone who is passionate about what they work with.
