Hello everyone,

I need help in starting a web-page kind of like craigslist.com this is only for my church family I’m not going to post this for the public. I just need some ideas of how to start a page like that.

This is my idea; I go to a church that has over 1300 members. We have a bulletin board in the coffee shop at church and everybody that offer any type of business post their business card there. My idea is that instead of having the bulletin board I though I somehow could make a web-page where everybody can post all kinds of stuff, kind of like the classified add in the news paper where you can find all kind of stuff like; apartment for rent, job wanted, babysitters jobs, tutoring, for sale,……get the point.

I believe that we as a church family should help each other and what beater way then to have a Classified web-page for all the church member to use and help each other out. That way they make money and at the end the church also gets some. (10% tithe)

What type of budget do you have? Is this something that you are wanting to do personally, or is it church-sponsored? I know of some very good resources for church websites, but as far as a bulletin board, you can probably find a few good templates to use. Have you though about just using a forum, kind of like this? PM me, if you like!

Yea this is something that I want to do on my own, I have no budget I have no idea how much something like this would cost. What do you mean by finding templates? I've been thinking of this idea for a few months now but I just don't know how to start it. Any feed back would help. Thank you so much.
