Hello,
Im new to the forums and had a couple of questions about a business venture.
I am looking into starting a lounge and was wondering what kind of legal paper work do i need in the state of new jersey?
Also is the paper work that i can do something myself? or do i need to go through a lawyer?
i would like to serve hookah in the lounge and what kind of legal paper work do i need to open up a hookah lounge?

Where complex state laws are involved, which is usually the case when dealing with smoking, alcohol, etc., it is best that you consult an attorney now rather than spending 20x as much money cleaning up the mess in a year or two.

There is a button at the top right of the forum that says New thread. You click that to begin a new thread.

As far as posting, looks like you got the hang of it

But seriously, you can do a quick reply, at the bottom of the thread, or hit the post reply button inside the thread.
