Hello I need help finding people that want to invest in real estate

    Hello

I need help locating people that want to invest in real estate.
We are needing only $15,500 for the down payment with a return of $15,500 and the investment after the first year. This is a 7 unit apartment building. We need to do this deal quickly. If you know of people interested please contact us.

Are there any forums where people are interested in this sort of thing?

Invest $15,500 (can be lower amounts also)
Return $15,500 ( or what ever you invested)

Total check back to you is $31,000 in 13 months. (This is if you invest the entire $15,500)

I forgot what it is called but it is alone that the bank gives out to help cover the cost of the building and the cost of innovating. There are alot of loans you can get. Go to prosper.com you will save your money. Before you go into real estate research your options.

We have researched a lot of options. Commercial Real Estate loans are a lot different then residential loans.

    Thank you

Commercial real estate is really finnicky at the moment. A good friend of mine is a V/P at a big Commercial/Res Mortgage company. He said that it's been harder than ever for businesses/individuals to get a loan... Even those with PERFECT credit.

Other than that, try Prosper. I'm not sure how many people on YE will blindly hand money over for another real estate deal.

    Thats Strange.

Real Estate is an amazing business vehicle. Only a crazy person would buy a 600,000 single family home and think they will sell it for a profit. Thats why so many foreclosures are happening.

Though I do agree that because of the sub prime silly borrowers its making it a little tougher but not impossible.

I think that the current commercial real estate market would more accurately be described as "very active" than as "really finnicky."

Although I have NO idea from where the comment came, I also think that one need not be a "crazy person" to buy a $600,000 single-family home and expect to sell it for a profit. This statement is as full of holes as a big ol' slice of Swiss cheese. Are you telling me that if you found a house in Beverly Hills that appraises for $1.2 million, you would have to be "crazy" to think that you could make a profit after purchasing it for $600,000?

Lol sorry Jonathan, What I meant more on the line was people buying 600,000 houses on a salary of $1,000 a month therefore not being able to pay them them after because their house is no longer worth 600,000 but now 500,000 so they are screwed, I love the US real estate market, its great. But mind you there to find cash flow which my company will invest for is hard to fined in single family homes. The mortgage alone is going to run you 5,000 a month.

So when people buy real estate just hoping it will go up in value just because it has been for the past several years and think its going to continue, then thats why we have so many foreclosures.
