Hello Entrepreneurs,

I am new to the community and have just been searching around the web for networking opportunities and happen to come accross your community here at youngentrepreneur.com. Basically I have just graduated from Dalhousie University in Halifax Nova Scotia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance. I have continued pursuing a career in financial services at a firm called the Fraser & Hoyt group which also inspired me to begin an entrepreneurial initiative on the side.

I purchased CampusHalifax.com in 2005 and didn't have time to develope it until now. Basically I hope to have a self sustaining student and alumni community that offers various services and communication channels for networking. My first membership incentive is to be a student health and dental conversion benefit plan that allows graduating students to continue coverage without interruption as long as they apply within 60 days of their coverage termination.

I had not really felt like an entrepreneur really until now and I hope to develope some success via different networking avenues and free advertising I have received from Facebook, Google and local academic institutions.
