Dear Friends,

A young entrepreneur needs your help. I run a very successful Full service sign shop in Chicago. My father handed down the business to me to run at the age of 18. Some of you might think that age is too young for anyone to run their own business. I have to thank my father for all the knowledge he has provided me. Sadly, my business is starting to have a decrease in sales due to competitive pricing from bigger companies. I don't understand why customers like to pay for cheap products for cheap instead of a little above average price for a quality product. In order to compete with these bigger companies.. I would have to start importing materials from other countries to even have a chance with these companies. This is where I have a problem... I have minimal knowledge of importing.. US customs can be a Bitch.. when it comes to importing..
Do anybody know of a broker that wont screw me over like my previous broker has? Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!

What products are you trying to import? You have to offer the buyers something the competitors are not offering . Also its a good way to buy some materials from other countries so you can still offer a good quality product at a good price. All the best!
