heat press machines for t-shirts? best kind?

I am on a budget the highest I can afford is 600 bucks. I seen Hanes have one for about 300 for heat transfers. what is the best kind for that 300-600 price range?

also my second question is I plan to heat transfer B level movie shirts and stuff. DO i need lawyer or something. I cant imagine I have to ask permission for all these movie houses for permission!

THank you all for your input for other question I reading peoples expert advise in other threads.

I own a Presto 15x15. Cost close to $600 but paid for itself with my first order.
Legally the company you purchase the movie transfers from should hold the re-sell license but are they selling you these transfers knowing that you will re-sell the t-shirts they are printed on, in other words are you buying wholesale to resell product?
