    Lightbulb Healthy Fast Food

What are your suggestions for this business idea?

What do you think would make it work?

Subway is one of the fastest growing franchises. Jamba Juice is up there, too. It has been proven that there is a strong demand for this kind of product. Why aren't there more healthy options?

My idea for a startup was a drive-thru based healthy fast food restaurant.

I was thinking of a Jason's Deli meets Chic-fil-A kind of restaurant. The menu items will be similar to Jason's Deli, with healthy sandwiches, soups, breads and salads, but the service would be more like Chic-fil-A. If the menu is designed well and the idea is executed and marketed correctly, I think this could be a big hit.

What would you like to see in a healthy fast food chain? Any ideas are welcome.. menu, marketing, etc.

Also, does anyone know of any good resources for fast food startups?

Good idea! And just to let you know subway isn't that healthy, they put a lot of salt in their sandwiches.

    Sandwiches
and soups is a good idea.
But just to make this short I would research healthy meals on the internet and try to apply the same concept into your menu.

And for a start up, I think you should use your capital to buy a cheap shop and sell sandwiches and soup (because they are easy and cheap to make).
But overall this is a good idea so don't let anyone discourage you!
