A while ago, my neighbor started up an environmental cleaning service for homes and offices and I recruited over 15 clients when her client base was only 5. She offered me a free franchise in Tallahassee but school was for me. However, a friend of mine and I were considering starting a franchise. Possible vending...although its a tough market...

You usually need to come up with at least $1,000,000 in cash to buy a hotel/lodging franchise. These are probably the most expensive franchises you can get.

Actually, this one was not that expensive at all. I researched it (and other hotel opportunities) quite extensively. While there was a much lower investment cost, I still was not able to raise the funding for it.
