    Has this been thought of?

A business that receives your bills and combines them and sends you one bill. This would make your life easier by having you write one check a month. The one thing that would stand in the way of this is the fact that all bills are not due on the same day. Would it be possible to get all the bills moved to be due on the same day?

Better yet, estimate the total of all the bills and have the person pay once a month for all the bills that will be due that month. Offer the service for free and make money off the float.

If they have two bills, one due on the first and the other due on the 15th.
    Each are $50.00

They pay you $100 by the first of the month, or before.

You pay the the one $50 bill on the first when it's due.
You keep the other $50 in the bank making interest until the 15th when it is due.

    You are floating $50 for 15 day's.

I believe this is what he means.

Sounds like a lot of work to me.

I dont know how hip people are going to be letting a 3rd party handle their bills; could be overcome though.

How is what you're prosposing different then me paying everything through a credit card (autopay) and writing one check when the bill comes?

This idea has been done and dusted. Basically all your bills get sent to the company who tehn scan them in onto the computer then charge you the total after each month or two you can also view all your bills online ect. I had the same idea a few years ago and it was already out then.

The idea is out sure, but is the market saturated?
