    Hard Cash Lending Business

Im interested in starting a private party cash lending business, I want to start small, lending $4k max, and if everything is successful i will lend larger amounts. I would like to know the legal part of the business, so i dont get into trouble, like what is the highest interest permitted on a loan (I live in Az), where i can find online contracts and general info on this business, term and length of the loan, I know most places that lend hard cash ask for collateral. Basically i need all the info i can get , before i jump on this venture. Thank you.

HugoBoss, I work with many hard money lenders, hedge funds, investment banks, and other equity and lending firms everyday and make deals everyday. Don't get your contracts online. Go speak to a talented corporate attorney about how to do this in a way you won't get screwed. I see first hand the things that go on out there...it's not always pretty.

Hello. I am looking for a hard money loan. I am a chiropractor in KY with 2 practices and need additional funds for cash flow. If you would be willing to lend me around $10,000-20,000 I would be interested in making a deal with you. You can contact me via email or cell 270-308-0784. Thank you.

I dont know what stage you are in the planning but at some point (early on) you need to see a lawyer. There is going to be alot of paperwork and you have to know that you are protected as you can be. if you are really serious about something like this and know nothing i would even recommend trying to get a part time job at a cash america or something like that. such a job would give you the experience you need and they may even give you training.
