Ok, So I really need Some honest no affiliate, Great prices alot of space hosting sites.

You could try Hostgator... Very good service and i use it myself... Plus you get the first month free if key in a coupon code "iceishot" ... I won't be giving you my affiliate link unless you want to contribute in kind =D

In the past I have used burlee, web.com, aplus.net, and I currently use 1&1.

I have found that aplus.net is the most feature rich for your money, however their support is bad.
If you are looking at running real sites that you need to be up and need good support in case anything goes wrong, I highly suggest you look beyond the price. I am currently happy with 1and1, I have had a dedicated server with them for about the last 6 months and haven't had any real problems with their support.
If you are just looking for the cheapest with the most space, there are probably cheaper ones.

    I use emaxhosting.com

Never have had any issues (other than a server move) in almost two years and they do respond to support emails.

Hostgator, Dreamhost, or 1&1 seem to be the most popular. I've used Hostgator.com for years without any problems.

I'm currently hosting a non-profit site on godaddy and the service has been great. They keep in contact with me frequently on my domain and the service/ease of use is great.

The rates are also pretty good for registration/hosting, as you get it all in one package and it's easier to deal with
