    Growth Plateau

We've come to the point in our business where growth has basically plateaued. We are as prepared as we can be to take things to the next level, but I have no clue how to go about designing and executing a strategy to get us there.

What have you guys done when you've run into this? I am taking any advice at the moment!

What kind of business is it? Maybe you should find a new audience to advertise your products/services to? Do you sell online?

It sounds strange to say that I’ve run in to this problem a few times now. What has gotten me past each of my plateaus was an expansion into a new market segment. Find something that uses the same logistical processes you are already using and then capitalize on what ever current client base you have to launch a new product line. Let me know if this makes any sense…

Free hosting. One of the best out there, too.

The trouble with finding a new audience is that I do not think we've fully marketed to our target audience yet (which consists of Webmasters in Sweden, Turkey, Brazil, and other countries). I guess my question really should be: how do we execute our existing strategy on a grander scale?

I don't think it is that strange - it seems as though every business runs into this, at one point or another. I've just never been able to overcome it, and this time I really would like to.

As I posted above, I am not sure if we are ready to go into a new market segment yet. I don't think we've reached our full potential where we're currently at, but what we're doing is no longer working to provide us with continued growth. What you're saying does make sense to me, but would that work considering that I think we can do much better in our current markets?
