    Great way to outsource.

As an entrepreneur one of the things I've learned to embrace is outsourcing.

If at all possible try to avoid hiring employees directly, so much legal paper work, regulations blah blah blah. Also that person could be the same person who sues you for discrimination, overtime pay, workmans comp etc. and could cost you your entire business.

The way you bypass this is by simply outsourcing your tasks to other people. Instead of hiring an accountant just hire the accountant as if they are a separate business. In other words, don't hire sally johnson directly, hire sally johnson CPA LLC instead. If you have to hire an employee, hire the person as an independent contractor.

One of the websites I've learned to embrace is mturk.com Basically what you do here is set up a requester account and pay people to do simple tasks. One of the tasks I recently needed to do was compile a list of email addresses of specific people found on various websites. I could do it myself but it would take hours to do not to mention it would be very boring. Instead of hiring someone for 8/hr to do this. I simply put each email address request onto mturk and paid each person 1 penny for every email they found. I needed 5,000 address so I paid 50$ + 10$ in fees. The job was completed in less than 24 hours. If I did this myself it would have taken me at least a week.

Another good place to go is rentacoder.com which is basically a place to outsource any programming you need. This is a great place to get those good ideas into practice. I paid 100$ for an advanced custom built testing software. I couldn't find any free versions so I had an a custom one built. Well worth the money, you pay when the job is done.

mturk that's interesting I haven't checked it out yet but will now. Looks like its an amazon company.

I'm personally addicted to odesk and have a handful of part-time employees working for me with that system. I really like the program they have to run which takes a screenshot of their computer every once in a while so I can see that they are actually working and not watching youtube videos on my dime. I think this has always been a big problem for people looking to hire overseas, you can't really keep an eye on them til now.

I've fired a few people because for some reason they still goof off but they don't last very long. The good ones you stick with for the long haul.
