I have new social networking idea for a website. The thing is I am pretty good at developing my own website, but like as I said it truly have great potential. So I am looking for great c0ders also designers or advice for the cost etc.

Well, my friend, wrong site for coders, try elance.com or just google coders; theirs another good site, but I can't remember name.

And unless you are amazing at coding, I recommend outsourcing that too.
Don't get a partner just because you short on funds. If you confident in your idea, get the cash and outsource.
