I just finished reading a book by harvard business school called The Adventures of an IT Leader. This is a booked hwich is a fictional story about a enterprise size executive placed into the CIO position with no background in IT. As the book goes several concepts and scenarios are presented. Its a very good read, and the idea is how to help aspiring or current CIO's as well as other executives who do not understand the CIO position to get a better grasp on what they have to deal with. As a CEO of an IT company I would highly recommend this book!
