I was wondering if anyone from Canada has gotten government subsidies or grants or low interest loans from the governement for small business stuff. We are young and my wife is running the business. Also we got our business loan through the CSBF (Canadian small business fiancianing) agency, but I think we got screwed with a high interest rate. Can you pay off a high interest candaian loan with a say a low interest candaian loan if we try to apply for it. I don't know why our banker didn't or at least try for us. Pissed me right off. Its half the interest rate we could have got, I heard anyway. Also if the government says no you can't reissue the loan who could we get to fight for us to do it, like a lawyer or accountant
