Grants

I know that we always hear that crazy guy on television saying how easy it is to get government or even local grants, but I've been searching high and low on the web and can find nothing for my boss. He is male and I don't think there is much out there for men in the way of grants. Does anyone know something I may be missing? We'd like to further develop our software.

Ya, grants don't just grow on trees. The grant's that "that guy on TV" is talking about are very specific. I don't know if you have any large used book stores where you are, but I found a copy of his book once at one here in Tucson, AZ.

They are very competitive, and are usually to help start a business not so much to grow a business, and if your boss is a middle aged, white guy, you can forget about finding any grants for him.
