I'd just like to announce that the new directory, DirectoryTube is now open.
Please note that only quality sites will be accepted, and I will post guidelines as to what NOT to submit. Also, note that prices will increase pretty fast, browsing the forums kind of gives you a nice "heads up" that direct visitors don't get. We are a paid directory, but for the grand opening, regular links are only $0.99, and free with recip.
You can count on this as being a quality directory with a high PR in the future, as I only have a couple, and I spend a lot of time on them. So while I am of course going to advise you to join early, it's purely your choice. My best advice is plan for the future.
Enough blabber, here are the Guidelines for Submitting :
-use your judgement. you're all webmasters here, you know what's crap and what's not. so if you have to think "is this considered a bad site?", it probably is.
-SUBMIT TO THE RIGHT CATEGORY PLEASE. get as specific as you can. if it's submitted to the root folder, or the wrong category, I'll delete it.
-no keyword spamming. I instantly delete this when I see it, so don't bother.
-only submit ROOT links.
-character min for descriptions is 100. if you can't tell me about your site in at least 100 characters...well sorry.
-en Englais por favor. I can't read Chinese, and chances are you can't either.
-no adult content.
-no AdSense spammed sites. they look bad and scare people away.
