angel investor w/tight funds

I have spent a year in a physical location, based upon recommendation of Pitt Business Development Center advice. I have strengthened my designs and business plan. Put together start up financial info. I need a strong motivator with solid reputation to make this work.

I am closing the physical location as the prototypes are done, and I am ready to work on phase two, manufacture and promotions.

1)I need legal work done, patent, and contracting.
Looking for someone in Pittsburgh to work with, Pro Bono.

2)Investment potential, no hard capital needed at this time, prototyping done. Would taking an investor wise? Any danger signs?

3)I need advice from people with experience Govt. contracting, federal and municipal.

4)Is there a company that would help contracting manufacturers, and buyers. I have leads to manufacturers, and am organizing lists of potential buyers.

5) Advice regarding intellectual property and patent when marketing to buyers. Any simple defenses against theft of idea?

Any one know of any people that have experience in these areas and are in Pittsburgh?
(#4) any one know of reliable company that does this in Pittsburgh? Any danger signs I should be aware of? Is this going to be a headache to go through a company? Or should I do this on my own?
