It might help if you actually tell us what your idea is.
People are more likely to donate if you seem ambitious, or have a good idea. Not just a way to get money.

Living in the UK you have a whole wealth of opportunity available to you.

My pennies I have just started to send over to entrepreneurs in countries like Africa via Kiva.org - people who don't have access to what we have in the western world.

Start a website and slap on google adsense. There's kids your age making more than their parents with this.
