Got a Product, Website, but No Sales... what to do, for THEIDEAMAN

    Hello,

Ok I was going to send this to chad personally but figured it would give a lot of good information anyways.

Chad if you don't know has been working on his product www.highpowergolf.com and its a complete work now. He is on thenext step of creating some sales...

    FIRST

You got to go to PayDotCom.com, your first product is free, set up an affilaite page with them. They will handle all your sales and pay all your affiliates, and more. After your first product it costs some money. However, you will make some sales so you won't care.

    SECOND

Get to Clickbank fast, they have over 500,000 people selling digitalproducts. They cost $45.00 but well worth every penny, if you can't spare it, find a way to make it. Don't wait for sales you can being losing out on $1,000's. Heck I will loan it to ya if you really can't find a way.

    THIRD

I don't use them, but have heard good things, check out www.cj.com otherwise known as Commission Junction

    FOURTH

Then also, go to www.warriorforum.com/forum and I know your not new there, so go to the JV section, post an exciting post about your opportunity,

Give warriors 85% for being warriors, they like this.

Try to grab at least two or three people.

I am going to give a few mroe people a call about your product.

    MOVING ON

Get an ad in a few newspapers, you would be surprised how many sales I get from this. The diference is people reading those newspapers are usually not technologically advance, so they will goto your site. Most dont know how to research online, so they won't look for competition.

    PRINT BOOK

Print your book, print 25 copies of it and place a nice cover on it and sell it tangiable at your local driving range. If you can hit really far that be amazing, because they will see what you can do and follow through with selling the book.

If not, still ask around, tell Person A, to try this simple concept in his swing that is written in youtr book, if it works, tell him about your book.

I have sold 100s and 100s of copies with offline advertising.

    GOLF FORUMS

Get onto those golf forums, and start talking about yourself. Let them know you can drive the ball long, and place it in your signature file.

Be an active member on at least 3-5 forums this will produce probably around 10 to 20 sales.

    GOLF ADMISTRATORS

Contact the admins of these forums and talk about your product, and find out if they could possibly place an ad on their forum or mention it, tell them you will give them 75% of the sale

    GOLF SITES

Goto Golf sites and find a few that have a big newsletter or so, and do the same as above.

    Finally,

    GOTO this site. www.bestezines.com

    http://bestezines.com/?stxt=Golf&sub...rch+BestEzines

Talk to me before talking to these people, but these people will most liekly do JVs. However, come to them professionally, and be realistic about goals.

Seriously come talk to me before sending anything to these guys, some of these guys could make you $1,000's if implemented right

Ok thats all I have for you today,

    LAter Chad talk to me...

    Steve

Why In The World Are PGA Pros Screaming Bloody Murder About These Simple “Sweet Money” Long Ball Secrets That Guarantee To Have You Teeing Off Like Tiger… And Chopping 7 Strokes From Your Game By Tomorrow… And Up To 20 Strokes By Next Month?”
You could start by promising golfers something realistic for a start.

the www.highpowergolf.com site is terrible. It looks something made in the 90's. Such a long page with so much scrolling and scrolling. It looks amatuerish and not something I'd be willing to pay for. You have repeated the same stuff over and over again. I think if you make chad a more reliable figure with some pictures it would be a lot better.

It looks scam-esque. If you give some solid reliability to Chad with some pictures that don't look so professional, it just doesn't fit with the amateur website.

Contact us page - hasn't a phone number in site.

Sorry if there was already feeback in another thread on this particular site. But I saw the poster sl.market said his site was a 'completed project' so i had to give my two cents.

Great advice about selling the book at your driving range, maybe put up an ad there aswel.

I agree w/ 4-knots. That website is really hard on the eyes... and it follows the same format of so many scam sites. Put some time into the site and all of Sl's advice will go that much further.

4-Knots, good advice, I've added some pictures and things. But the reason it is a long sales letter is because that is what works.

go to clickbank and look at all the other ebook sales letters, they're all long and you have to keep scrolling, and scrolling, and scrolling... lol I tryed to keep mine short, but there were alot of things I wanted to say.

Steve, your the best, sent you a PM over at the collegewarriors forum

Where is your proof that it works? It didn't work on me and I'd be genuinely interested in such a product. So in fact you didn't sell it to me.

Ok, I don't like the scrolling, I'd rather have a 'click next page for more' type arrangement but the length of the scrolling is terribly long. I still don't trust this Chad guy. Looks like some pictures found on the internet. It still lacks some solid credibility. You need something to give it solid proof that its not a scam because thats what it looks like at the moment.

Well, it is not a scam... how can I prove that it is not?? how can it be a scam? you pay the money and you get the ebook, and if you don't like the ebook... get a refund... I don't see how you could call it a "scam"

Go to clickbank.com, look at the way all of those people are selling their ebooks.... long sales letters.... why? becuase it is proven to sell better than the other formats.

Go to butterflymarketing.com , Long Sales Page?? Look like a scam to You? Well it sold over a million dollars worth on the first day of launch.

There is your proof that long sales letters work, now onto the next subject. How would you suggest I add credibilty, and keep people from thinking it is a "scam"??

How far do Pro Golfers hit? 300-350?

most pro's average less than 300....

My idea was to give an OUTRAGEOUS guarantee to entise sales. Not too many people are going to be able to hit 300 yards, so I figured people would know this and buy the book knowing that they can get a refund if it doesn't work.

I'm beginning to think my idea has backfired on me. Guaranteeing 300 yard drives is SO outrageous that people label it a '"scam" and don't buy.

But the book is not a scam at all, it is extremely informative... everyone that has read it says that it is great, and they actually convinced me to raise the price I was charging. The testimonials on my site are from real people that reviewed my book for me. So I know it works.

What do you guys think: Is the price too high now? And is the 300 Yard angle too ambitious???

Well if you believe it will work keep it at 300 yards.

I just don't know, credibility is a huge aspect when selling over the internet. Why are all the pictures of that guy Chad so proffessional? If there was a less proffessional picture with him holding the book, thats the key to it.

I'm not familiar with click bank or that other site butterfly marketing. I'm not saying all long sales letters don't work but a lot don't. I think advertising in golf stores around the country would be a good idea. Get a listing of all golf shops. Send them a letter or advertisement they could put up in there shop. Or maybe sell them some copies of the book?
