You wouldn't have a store front that is outdated or dirty, why carry that onto the online world. You get the most visibility there and it is your first impression to many people.

I couldn't agree more ZeKeLL. A professional looking website is important for success, but once you have people there the content (product) has to keep them there. That's one reason many people get a lot of site views but their business is suffering. They don't have the product to go with the website or vice versa.

A good website is also a great way for new businesses to get their name out. Especially if it is any type of consumer product, that people could buy directly from the website. Advertising on the internet has the capacity to reach many more people than traditional methods. TheBlueKingdom.com will help you reach your market and lead to the success of your business.

yes, having a good quality website = $$....I always believe if the website don't sell, its no use, no matter how much you have put in to build it.

What do you think is more effective: Differentiating your product from the competition or differentiating your website, or a combination of both?

I think if you have a quality product then the website will either make or break you. What do you think? What should people focus most of their time on? I know some people who concentrate on their website first before they perfect the product. I think by doing that they are setting themselves up to fail. A website is important but the product is the core of the business.

One thing I've noticed lately on many poorly designed websites is the lack of a universal design. From page to page the colors and fonts will differ. Make sure the site has a seemless integration, just like a retail store would.
