I am starting a new Business and i need to make sales and get my name out there so people know who we are and what we do.

Now what are the best ways to do this?

Im looking for the cheapest ways.

You can opt classified ads...like usfreeads, craiglist...which have higher conversion rates.

Perhaps you can consider setting up a website, using free web hosting. Put photos and videos of your products, maybe even simple demonstrations on how to use certain products. Put any offers and discounts you have too.

I'm not sure the vast majority of customers are going to look online for their electronics, and if they do your site is going to be a little obscure at first and people probably won't know about it.

You need an event. But I'm not sure what. Something controversial? Someting to get people talking? Maybe you could announce that one day on a weekend, you're going to have 30 Seconds of Mayhem. For 30 seconds only, anyone who can carry one item of their choice to the counter and get a sticker before the timer goes off gets that item for $30 or something. Of course, no-one will be able to carry a TV up there in 30 seconds, but say an MP3 player or iron or whatever. The place will be packed with people hoping to get lucky, and even if they don't, they'll probably see something they like and buy it anyway. Point is, you get visible, and people talk about you.

I am in a mp4 player business and i have touch screen mp4 players with great prices.
But i dont know where to show my products. I want to sell them as wholesale.

Dont believe the hype, they're a very cost effective way to get your product out to people! If you work with a company/consultant who knows what they are doing, you'll see results, and the costs are suprisingly low to reach 1 Million + consumers.

This is a nice leg to add to any campaign!
