Can anyone reccomend a good freight forwarder.I ship large plastics from China to USA.Also need one that can ship to other countries like Europe and Cambodia.Price effective,good policies low errors on shipping ei damged goods etc.I find it hard to find good customer service from these businesses.UPS is good service but very expensive.These would be ongoing shipments.And reputable ones with solid history would be appreciated.Thanks in adavance.

I understand how you feel when you mention about in this industry it is very hard to find a company that will provide excellent customer service. I have been in this industry for 6 years now and while working for other companies, I had been pulling out my hairs in search for a freight forwarding company that would actually send and advise all paperwork and update me accordingly without me asking. Jarvis International is a SERVICE driven freight forwarder. Their rates are competitive against UPS and the service level is very good. I would contact
