Good Business Plan

Hi, my name is Mike Heiser, and the one thing that I have noticed about advertising on the internet, is that no site offers anything remotely close to froogle, so here is my thought. Open a website very similiar to froogle, except have sponsored links in the site in which people PPC (Pay Per Click) to get moved to the top of the product search results. I am very good at designing website graphics and have some knowledge of code, but not near the ammount needed to build a site like this. So what I am looking for is someone who would know how to program a site like this, I will design the images/graphics, and we can split the hosting cost and profits straight down the middle.
