I would say the best thing to do is just get out there and do it. I mean what are you looking for? Sale techniques? Recipes?

o no just looking for something like the start up cost I dont want to just get out there and do it, realize I didn't have enough money and then lose everything. Maybe it's not a book im looking for but a good way to figure out cost for everything.

On what scale would you be doing this? Buying real estate in which to sell your products through or just set up a table somewhere and sell to passers by?

Restaurants are one of the riskiest startups if not the riskiest.

I'm not trying to discourage you, just make sure you research A LOT and plan out everything from what should be the best optimized for your area.

there is a good magazine called restaurant startup and growth. You could probably order off of amazon or buy it at barnes and noble. Ive only bought one issue bc im not ready to start a restaurant, but that copy had so much information in there. Most of it is geared towards larger food business, but there were some good articles for any kind of food business. You might wanna look into that.
