I would love to open a gym one day but the success rate for private gyms is low so i have been doing research on buying/starting a golds gym in my area. Does anyone have any feedback on this franchise or gyms in general. I know about the start up cost and everything, im more interested in what its like owning a gym.

I don't know about any start up cost, but just make sure you can compete with L.A. Fitness because the are like the McDonalds of the Fitness industry. And they start building a new gym like every every week. Just make sure you have what they do and more.
