    Girl AdSpace

OK. This is my business. It just popped into my head one day and I've just been rolling with it. A lot of things I didn't have figured out in the beginning but as I go along, I'm figuring everything out. I think we will be a success. Our launch will probably be some time in September.

Right now, the program to run the site is being written.

no offense but I am really not fond of this idea. First of all there is not much space on a woman's person to put an ad that everyone will see while she is out and about. secondly I think it is very tacky and I do not think you will find many women willing to put body art advertising on them nor many companies willing to advertise on it unless it is has to do with porn. i know i would be turned off i saw a girl as a walking advertisement and would not buy from the advertiser based on this fact. I think it gets really sad when we resort to placing ads on ourselves as a means to make money. But anyway good luck i am just saying my opinion

Hun, the girls will not walk around with the ad on them. This is creating ads with an ad on a model. and placing it in print and online publications. It's nothing trashy in the least and I actually already have 17 women for it.

And don't get me wrong, I don't have anything against constructive criticism or opinions but this didn't seem like something I'd say to anyone. Maybe ways to improve an idea but I'd never put anyone down for their ideas. Just a thought there for ya.

first of all do not call me hun. i was trying to give you my point of view and im sure the point of view of many others. you dont have to get all worked up about it. i just dont see who would want to put ads on people especially if its not artwork. why put an ad on a woman when you could just take out a normal ad that controls the page of the publication instead of the woman being the main focus. I guess i just dont see it working, but then again im not a huge fan of tattoos either so i could be wrong. I have learned that you need to look at both sides of thing before you delve into an idea. I have had many ideas that i thought were good but have had to look at it from both sides of the spectrum. in the end i ask this and i hope you mull on it what will having ads on women bring to the advertiser besides the initial shock value besides jack up the price because they have to go through your third party before they go to the publication

I'm not worked up. seems as though you maybe. lol.

anyhoo, nah I actually don't charge extra to post it for them- only what the publication charges- we do it so they don't have to. we're charging for the ad and if they don't want the ad, that's up to them.

but to those interested, the girls will not be nude or anything like that.

i think the idea should work well. there is a reason why many ads have attractive people on them. it catches a person's attention.

I think the idea is definately plausible, but more importantly its fun. I could see it working, especially since i'd stare at pictures of girls anyways.

    Hahaha, no... (about the guyspace.com)
Otherwise, I've seen this done before, and it's not a bad idea. Myspace and YouTube are great marketing venues, BTW
