    gift for my employees!

I have a small business and I am running my business with six employees. On this New Year, I have decided to give neon clock to my workers but I want to fit my company logo and text on those clocks. Can anyone recommend me any good online store that can fulfill my requirement? Thanks in advance

I don't want to knock your idea, but there might be other options that are more useful and/or mean more to your employees. Just a thought.

Those types of clocks are better for customers. You might want to consider gift certificates or bonuses instead.

If I was in your situation, I would get a restaurant gift certificate for each employee in an amount sufficient for him/her to enjoy dinner and a bottle of wine with a significant other/date ($50 should be fine). I would give each employee a certificate to a different restaurant based on his/her preferences. I would be sure to personally hand over each certificate in private and explain that you appreciate how much they do for you, point out a specific thing that they have done to help the business, and tell them that you want them that they're hard work deserves more than a nice dinner and bottle of wine, but it's the least you can do.

The lesson is that what you get an employee is not as important as how you give it to them. I don't like built-in or expected bonuses (like an annual $100 Christmas bonus). Instead, I like irregular smaller gifts that give you an opportunity to express your gratitude and continually motivate employees.

Alright, enough rambling out of me.
