    getting the most out of your employees

    Short blog about it, everytime I take some time to teach an employee the return that I get out of it is enormous. We all should do it more often. Check it out in the sig, any opinions?

    Basic economics, other than increasing capital or updated technology, further instruction of your labor force is another factor that will allow you to expand outside of your production possbilities frontier.

    I totally agree. If I have to fight to get education and resources from any company, I tend to not want to give it my all for them. If they don't care about you... why would they expect you to bend over backwards for them?
