Getting more traffic?

I need to boost the amount of traffic for my site. The web address is worldsmostads.com

I have gotten 1200+ visits already, but by nthe end of next month I would like to have 24000 visits. Any ideas. I am considering advertising, but I don't want to sign up for google adwords and get a surprise $5000 bill at the end of the month. So, any ideas?

You can set a daily budget limit on Google AdWords. This means Google will run your ads until it reaches the set limit. Then it will stop displaying your ads until the next day. Thus, no surprises.

Yeah, I agree with the above. Setting an amount you are comfortable spending on Adwords would be best for quick results, however, make sure it is optimized so you get better conversions. Always TEST!
