    Getting clothes manufactered?

I want to get some items of clothing made for my new company...but where do I get them made? I would want aprons, tshirts, bags and things like that... as well as some mugs, coasters etc. Where do I get htis stuff made? I would be ordering in mass. And eventually would open up a shop to sell all this stuff....where do I go to get it made? I have all the designs made & sketched out

Nah, since your location is probably in the UK, I would say find a local screen printing shop to do it, they are much cheaper and better. Just look up "Screen Print", "T-shirts" or "Silk Screening" in your phone book.

For mugs and coasters, I would say go for a promotional product company; maybe someone local.

A few money saving advice I can give you is
    1) Make sure your graphic is print ready and be a vector art format, preferably

    2) Order in the largest # you need, because the more you order, the cheaper it gets

    3) For t-shirts, try and order in a single colored tees, lighter color t-shirts are cheaper than darker colored ones

    4) The more color you have in your design for t-shirts, the more expensive it is

    5) In the united states at least, you can find blank t-shirts or product supplier that allow you to register a wholesale account with a valid tax ID, not sure in UK but if you bring own blanks, the price also comes down.

I would love to help you but I live in the states and some of the stuff I said might be different for UK.... Good Luck.

I totally agree with "My _World". Find someone local to do all the printings for you. That would be the best and easier way to get it done.

I'm in the states and do my own printing for apparel as well as for a few other companies. I don't charge very much if you would like to talk, we can work something out. PM me your phone number or skype. I have all the equipment.

not sure why people would use cafepress for that sort of thing
i'd recommend a promotional merchandise company if you don't want to run around sorting it all out
otherwise go directly to the manufacturers/supppliers and decorators
