I was wondering where everyone goes to find people to write articles for their sites. I am working on a few accounting articles for Entrepreneur Accounting, but can only write for a short bit each day. I was hoping to pay a writer for a few 500-700 word articles for the site that I could also submit to article directories.

I was thinking about Elance, but I know they have a minimum project bid of $50, which seems a little high for just a couple articles.

Any thoughts or experiences?

My firm provides copywriting. We only charge $15 for a 500 word article. PM me, I'll send you samples.

$50 is not a lot to pay for a 500 word article. I personally charge a minimum of $125 to write one article. Do yourself a favor and go with Elance.com.

Rent A Coder: How Software Gets Done -- Home of the worlds' largest number of completed software projects has many writers and they only charge around 50-75.00 for 15-20 400-500 word articles. They are great articles, and on any topic.

Just give them a set of keywords and they base that article around it. Its free to post your project and easy to use if you accept a bidder.
