Love the ideas here! Thanks for sharing! Blogging is definitely an amazing way to speak your mind out about things you are passionate about all while potentially earning some serious income. As Gary Vaynerchuk says, "DO IT NOW!" in his book "Crush it". You have to find something that you can write about hours on end without becoming bored. That niche will be something you can expand. It might just also bring you some amazing opportunities as well in the future. Good luck YE community!

So what is the state of today's economy and why has social networking become a deciding factor in new business?

While the state of the economy deeply impacts business the question is which market, business or niche is most resilient and recession-proof? Those that are can take full advantage of social network marketing to grow business. While facebook is becoming the common means of communication among personal and business relations it is still important to know how to use it effectively to leverage your business over the competition. I find that a sound business plan that take full advantage of social network media is the way to go. It certainly works for me and my clients.

It's about starting with an idea and building from there. Say you want to start a low overhead business that rewards you with a modest income. Well that sounds pretty smart considering the state of todays economy. But how do you get started?

    1. First examine some very basic low cost business opportunities.

    2. Study the market.

    3. Consider the business process.

    4. Learn how to use social network marketing to penetrate that market.

The above is a relatively simplistic explanation. But to accomplish all of the above a sample business plan that has actually helped convert ideas to reality can help you take those initial steps toward development.

I think that todays economy only stimulates the development of online businesses. I know a lot of enterpreneurs who have offline shops have launched ecommerce websites to sell their products online during the time of economical crisis.

I agree wholeheartedly. Maintaining low overhead while moving stock is the way to go. An online web business can be the means to that end. Many have closed up bricks and mortar shops to concentrate soley on online sales and managed to cut costs up to 90%. The key is outsourcing manufacturing, stock and shipping.
