Get paid to recieve advertisments, do you think this business model will work?

I found this site TurboTycoon.com - Money Saving Deals From The Places You Love and it pays you to sign up, yes I am an affiliate and would love you to sign up, but more importantly I would like you to check it out and tell me if you think the business model can sustain itself. In essence you sign up recieve text messages of deals in your area (like groupon). Here is where it gets interesting, they pay you 5% of the advertisers cost and allow you to build a downline like an MLM but with no money at all ever charged to you the advertiser pays for ads and its free to you. Your downline only goes to 6 levels but you get 4% of everything they make too???

After I signed, I got some 20-40 ad to watch, now it's very rear they send me notifcations. So, if you could get another few hundred people to sign up there, you could get your $40...
