What's the intended difference between this, the general business forum, where we come to ask general business questions and seek advice, and the "Ask A business Question" forum that seems to be intended for just that?

I think the latter should be further up on the home page, so that more people see it and properly use it. I really like the idea of this forum, I just think it could be more organized and more useful.
