In Forex trading, numbers is definitely the main attraction. Numbers move up and down with time, and every second does count. The primary Forex statistics issue simply means buying a currency that is in a state of moving up. There is a need for the right timing in the exchange rates of currencies that a trader has set his eye on. To know this, it is important to have a good feel of the probabilities and possibilities of what’s going to happen.

Keeping your eyes fixed on the trends and patterns that happen on the market floor guarantees you a profitable position. A trader that does his homework, statistics wise, needs to closely monitor the trajectory of every particular currency with regards to their respective pairs.

Research is really essential if not the most beneficial key to being a successful trader. Forex trading using a margin to help you out is basically cutting your trading cost. With numbers, people sometimes prefer varied ranges of risk depending on which factor a trader wants to check. The trend is definitely your friend. The Forex market tends to go with the flow rather than another direction. Hence, a trader does have a higher chance of success in going with the established trend.

UK residents benefit further because your profits do not incur Capital Gains and Income Tax that is totally correct because it comes under certain betting laws which are tax free it comes under a legal loophole called spreadbetting,in the US and a lot of other countries you dont have access to that facility as far as i am aware this is the only country that you can trade FX doing this legally.

Here is the CMC link that gives all the information if you require to read it !!!

Mega B is right. Trading foreign currencies in the UK is considered more like gambling, which it should be. Forex is much more gambling than investing. You can't invest in a currency when perfect information exists, there is minimal chance for arbitrage and currencies don't grow in value, they just fluctuate in a zero-sum game.

jasaunders that is not the only thing we can trade all the major indices/commodities/and the top roughly 250 stocks in the UK and the some top stocks from the majot market around the world like Motorola and stock like that. And once again we can go long and short on all of these items.

I know. I was just referring to forex. The UK is one of the only ones who has is right when it comes to taxation on the trading of currencies for individuals, although I don't agree with gambling taxes at all.
