franchising opportunities?

Hi, yeah well my aunt owns a pizza place in gardener montana (right by yellowstone) named Outlaw's pizza. I have spoken with her about franchising (really just to make me some extra cash). But i was really wondering what you would do to start. And also, how to market. My auncle is the marketer for Counterculture yogurt a huge expanding yogurt chain in the south (this is not a plug by any means so dont give me any crap about spamming), and i know he will help me. But any other advice would help

Or, your aunt could drive to Dillon, MT and talk to the folks at Great Harvest Bread Co for ideas (they have franchised throughout the U.S.)

Sorry, whats the major pizza franchise in the USA, im guessing its pizza hut.

Ask them for a brochure about their franchise, and see what they do etc, learn off them.
