    Franchising a gaming centre

Ok so I haven't been on here a while due to the lack of time.
My business is up and running now, we've been up since June 1st.
There's still a line-up of kids at the door every day we open
Check out www.windsorgaming.com if you care at all.

Anyways, since we've been up I've been in touch with a lot of other people and gaming centres that want to operate as a franchise. I have no clue how to do this, how the franchised companies need to be registered or associated legally with my gaming centre. Any help would be sweet. Thanks.

I would strongly suggest hiring a firm to help you write up a franchise agreement. This will cover all the legal factors and once complete, you will be able to simply pass this agreement onto any interested parties.

By the way, well done with the business, looks to be going well.

We should have a 'hall of fame' here at YE. All the successful entrepreneurs who started off at this wonderful place.

I don't think you need the big guns so to speak. Just make sure you have someone that knows what there doing, the fine aspects, things that my save you in the long run. Plus, a nice professional agreement will further help with attracting potential franchisees.

Also on the website note. I would suggest setting up a web hosting account designated to Windsor Gaming Center, rather then running it off leetfish.com.

I often look at the weblinks and it's always off putting when i see another website address, i feel intrigued to check it out. And if the website is 'dodgy' or not related i am often put off.

Just my opinion anyway... Maybe the majority don't do what i do.

On a positive note, the website itself looks pretty good!

Sounds great, My landlord owns a printing franchise so I'll talk to him about it to find out where to go.

    I have a LOT of re-organizing to do for my websites, I have leetchix.com leetfish.com windsorgaming,com +more all running off leetfish's hosting.
I'm eventually going to just rent a box and run it all off that, this hosting is a little slow anyways.

    Sounds like a good plan.
